What are SugarWick candles made from?

Our made-to-order 11 oz candles use natural soy wax, lead- and zinc-free cotton eco wicks, and fragrance oils.

How long do they burn?

When cared for properly, the 11 oz candle has an estimated burn time of approximately 55–65 hours.

When will my order ship?

Candles are made to order and typically leave the fulfillment facility within 1–2 business days. US transit generally takes another 2–5 business days. Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout.

Where are the candles made?

Our fulfillment partner hand-pours, labels, quality-checks, and ships each candle from New Hampshire.

Will the package show another company’s branding?

Orders are shipped white-label with an unbranded packing slip, so the customer experience remains SugarWick.

What if my candle arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the candle and packaging. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
